Development/Maintence Fees

Rates differ for small businesses and non-profit organizations. All non-profit organizations must provide a 501 (c) 3 letter as proof of non-profit status to recieve discounted rates.

Basic development fees are as follows (as of January 1, 2008):

$50/hour - Small Businesses
$40/hour - Non-profit organizations

A flat fee for development cost can be arranged on a case by case basis.

Basic maintenance fees are as follows (as of January 1, 2008):

$45/hour - Small Businesses
$35/hour - Non-profit organizations

A monthly flat fee can be arranged for maintenance depending on the amount of updates and changes the site requires. This may be helpful for sites that need a certain amount of maintenance every month. Maintenance fees of non-profit web sites may be lower and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Web Hosting Fees

Web Hosting provided by Earthlink. Keep Productions, Inc is an auhorized web hosting reseller.

Details:

$40 for domain registration (i.e. yourcompany.com, .org, .net, etc.) paid every 2 years.
Free set-up costs. The normal $50 set-up free is wavied.
$19.99 for monthly hosting fees.
1. 175MB of disk space on the server
2. 10GB of traffic allowance per month
3. 10 e-mail accounts (i.e. yourname@yourcompany.com)
4. Free site traffic and statistic reports
